Yes they announced the main one, they need to successfully complete stage 1 of the PSG plant to gain the US$40mil in government funding.
At this point, they will have sales agreements based on commercial production.
Do you have any idea what RNU's conditions are?
Could it be they only receive part of the funds for the graphite mine, once this has been successfully commissioned and producing revenue the government will then provide the funds to build the PSG plant?
