The idea they want to increase the phase 1 capacity is imo one fundamental that has gotten stronger since 18c. Not concrete but still good to hear.My opinion is that day by day the broader fundamentals of graphite miner get stronger as inevitable demand increases of graphite. (unless replaced with something else although unlikely in the next years).
