Based on Kivin Ruvinsky's tweet regarding the PEPR, 'He (DC) said that is now out of our control and will land when ever it's ready to land'.
Some wishful thinking, but I interpret that as RNU has provided the government a response to all their questions regarding their initial review. That being the case, I would expect the government to again respond over a maximum two weeks from that lodgement. So potentially an outcome by the end of April
. If not, maybe RNU needs to provide more information, which could push it out another month.
