Agree RM8, we don't know what is slowing things down but if it is the Govt Dept then someone needs to be giving them a curry up, and to be fair the best people to do that are ourselves, we have the $$$ tied up in this.
Only thing is, we need to know why it seems to be taking forever, they might tell us RNU has been slow getting info to them.
We were given "special project" status some time ago which seemed to me to say Govt Dept's would help and encourage all the way through, I wonder if we have had any priority type treatment in that way.
Perhaps we need to ask DC this when he gets back from US
