Doesn't this situation apply to ICE vehicles as well?. how many cars could a tanker fill and more so, how would it reach said cars in a traffic jam?. electric vehicles will last alot longer in bumper to bumper traffic and there wont be dangerous fumes. And since when did a hurricane come out of nowhere? usually theres some notice these things are going to happen.
