Still in a downtrend, needs demand to return. God I was given a tough time when they did the raise in the downtrend, this is exactly what happens. A lot of volume above 10c, needs a strong catalyst to break back.
The capital raise was loose, it seems they gave it to any local insto or sophs. Needed a cornerstone investor but big money didn't really come knocking.
Its market cap is coming back to where they are in the project. Turning these MOUs into binding agreements might provide the winds of change.
