If the Capex is $209 million even just for the upstream that would be a good result in my opinion. I hope they Stage it correctly in the BAM, the capex and opex costs of each. The Facility is another beast when compared to the mine.
In the back of my mind I know DC said they were finialising Capex figures around the time of the PEPR approval, and then we got an over-subscribed CR for $70m... that was $70m cash + 70 CR + 185 loan. We of course don't know yet but if $70m raise wasn't enough to cover upstream construction + long lead procurement for the BAMF then why would they not raise more considering the interest.
I've made the comparison to STA as ive knowledge of that project, and their mine construction was $340m for 300 jobs smack bang in the middle of Covid.
It's going to be interesting for sure.
