Having been in this position before, thinking things have bottomed when I'm fact you have more time to top up than you think, I reckon you could be right. I think it will at least touch 10c again. So 10.5c seems pretty safe to grab some.
Going much under 10c unlikely imo. But again, who knows. If the last few years are anything to go by there will be an uptick in sentiment and another pump in the whole sector. Just need to be ready to play the game
