Posco must feel confident about Mozambique.....a binding off take agreement in an African jurisdiction...I would have thought thats a gamble...hardly tier 1.
It does show tier 1 doesnt trump price.
Our future may well lie in Japan where there is Govt. subsidies for graphite and Europe where ESG counts for something.
