In saying, Asian Metals has previously reported that of the 7 operating flake graphite producers in China today, the majority have been shut down for over the past month due to environmental issues, conserving energy during winter and the winter olympics next week (Air Pollution Concerns).
Anode Manufactures are currently drawing down on existing stockpiles which is leading many experts to predict a squeeze in supply at the same time a significant period of growth from EV adoption is upon us.
What does that mean for pricing ? I think we are in for a very good 2022
