Hello ten, I had exactly the same experience not long ago when I emailed the company regarding a couple of issues which I knew he couldn’t give me straight answers to as it would be a clear breach of disclosure rules but none the less David responded with a thorough and professional explanation with regards to the processes he was working with and the outcomes he hoped to achieve. I sent this email at around 8pm on a Sunday evening thinking I’d get a response by Monday arvo or perhaps Tuesday. I got it at 11pm that night. The response was detailed, insightful and respectful given my layman’s knowledge of the processes involved. This is a sign of a terrific CEO in my opinion and a decent bloke as well. GLTAH
