Yes. It's crucial, in my opinion (IMO), to occasionally spell out commonly used acronyms. It should serve as a cautionary reminder to everyone, including myself, that you should never trust anything said by an anonymous poster. I add 'All' at the end as I do occasionally point out something specific within the text.
