I think it important to note, that as said multiple times in the past by DC, the ball is in RNUs court, waiting for better Graphite pricing before diving into any agreements.

For all we know offtake partners could be lining up out the door, but DC is biding his time because their offers aren't favourable.

The alternative being that there isn't anything at all and in my opinion that just means we are still in over supply, which wont remain as such for long.

It also means that timing would be perfect, we don't want large expenses like an operating mine with unfavourable sales agreements. We want offtake partners feeling the pinch, climbing over each other to get a piece of what we have to offer.

This endeavour is not a short term play. This is a long term foundational plan that would setup the company for decades to come.

The worst thing we could do at this stage is sign ourselves into a poor deal because some shareholders don't know how to sit still. This would absolutely guarantee the company and SP stagnates.

Sorry I just can not agree with this. i understand you are trying to remain balanced but if you look at what is happening across the entire EV sector the scramble is absolutely on by major stakeholders to secure supply.

Sure they are not moving on mines that do not have regulatory approvals secured for obvious reasons.

RNU will reveal all soon enough, and this time to add at these levels is an absolute gift in my view.
Having participated in the last 2 raises circa 27c I have used this decline in SP to really reduce my average.

Not long now.
