The order wall seems to still be keeping it around the 11.5/12c range today.
As a newcomer to RNU I'm struggling to work out why the sentiment is so mixed around here.
On my take this is undervalued to around half value today, with a lot of upside beyond that as each milestone is ticked off, not to mention lots of recent good news that should be pushing it towards positive sentiment.
Question, is the neutral/bear thesis a mix of:
- Graphite prices have dropped and concern the DFS may have overestimated future graphite prices
- Uncertainty from the minerals competition between US and China
- Natural graphite miners competing with synthetics
- Concern that capital costs will exceed estimates
- Concern that a mistimed CR for the PSG facility will dilute too heavily
- Something else?
