    The trial is set for 92 patients dosed.

    Maybe Argenica will not announce first dose. They haven't said they will announce first dose.
    Maybe they will wait for first 5 doses and the result of the assessment of safety by the Data Safety Monitoring Board before the trial can proceed further.
