I would suspect that there has been a number of treatments progressed. I expect there will be a timeline of a week or two after dosing with patient monitoring before a report is tabled.
The SP looks like a coiled spring, no real sellers and plenty on the sidelines waiting for the first announcement before getting in or increasing their holding.
