Good question Jay, seems that the vast vast majority of health professionals are/were just using a telephone to conduct telehealth appointments according to Klaus, which obviously doesn't help us very much on a Telehealth front.

Currently Medicare covers telephone appointments as well as video teleconferencing and I probably don't see that changing any time soon, particularly with practitioners being resistant to changing to video teleconferencing, if the phone is easier for them to set up, and the patient doesn't require a video consult.
