Enjoyed some of your balanced commentary here. I'm not yet a holder but this stock has been flagged by several contacts with whom i put significant weight in their opinions, so watching with interest re pending fda approval.
You highlight governance issue which I completely agree with. A bugbear of a red flag on the cashflow statement is also the exorbitant wage expense, notably the CEO's salary package. Out of interest, is this something you've previously covered? It puts me in an uncomfortable position, on the one hand i'd like to join the registry for the promising tech and upside, however I cannot see the logic of a blatant, self-serving (& foolish tax position) cash grab so early in the scene?
Why not signal confidence in the mission statement and conviction by rewarding yourself upon success, with performance options or alike, rather than be a material drag on progress during the fledgling stage of the business? Though I suppose he's opted for both. Does not compute.
