A confusing choice of words by the author. I'd have used "elaborating on finer details". The process also says 60 calendar days for the IR, with another 30 for approval. But, the advisor in the above video says average is 120 days. Again, approval must be very close.

Interesting points int he video:
- 12:20 Average time 120 days from submission.
- 13:18 "More than 50% of Submissions are rejected", requiring more information before being Acceptance Review (IR or AIR)
- Clock restarts at Zero.
- 14:05 Interactive Review. Good thing, not often seen. Should make a decision within 30 days.
