    I just read it as ( paraphrasing ) " cannot comment on the process anymore "than we have" , except to say that the timing is in normal boundaries and the request for Additional Information is also normal ".

    I don't think it is any more than that, CDX team is waiting, we are waiting, market waiting & a few nervous nellies selling, no one willing to take a risk in this climate , so SP continues to languish.
