    A few folk punting on a local raise under .30c .They may well be right .... but they could be wrong.
    Most are happy to wait it out, , but not willing to buy more until the capital issue is resolved.
    Market hates unknowns ... once the funding is known, existing holders will swallow our medicine and move on.
    Newbies will scramble to get a position while it's cheap.

    All IMO of course.
