I have wondered if Andon Health want to be more than a supplier to CardieX. They made a motza from covid tests supplied to US Govt, but as that runs its course maybe it’s time to look for a competitive edge over Omron for their core product line, blood pressure monitors.
Part of the deal, supply Pulse devices for equity deal, also allows for funds set aside for production by CardieX to be used as working capital.
One possible creative funding solution.
I’m sure there are dozens of other solutions that have bounced around.
