    I’m hoping Craig’s reference was more that it’s 6 months until everything is lined up ready to go, which includes Pulse devices in the warehouse ready to sell, listed on Nasdaq ( it will take a couple of months after EGM) with funds in bank etc. News on capital refinance I expect any day now. You would expect it to be clearly laid out in the next 4c anyhow.
