One reason the SP maybe declining is sophs etc cashing out intending to get in on a raise which is generally at a discount, the cash position obviously it must be very soon. They maybe left with their cash and miss out though depending how the dual listing and funding goes in the US, would love to see some strategic funding here, along with a deal.
Also, would like to see management reign in expenses a bit and pay themselves more appropriately.
