That's what they say. But they must get it to work first. When dealing with the laws of physics it will take as long as it takes. They have got to get it to work when the person is exercising and moving around, and that's a complex problem. Multi-billion dollar companies have been working on similar goals and failed. Furthermore, there's no reason to believe timelines given by ASX company directors because painting a positive picture is part of the job description. Of course, I hope a good product appears ASAP.
