I think in this case ( Datacubed Health ) it is purely operational.
Unless there is revenue attached to the announcement that is material in nature it should be reported in the 4c.
Contracts/Partnerships like this can become open to interpretation, because while not material now, if Datacubed Health are about to sign a contract with a major CRO that will use Conneqt Pulse then it will become material, but not yet !
With the SEC filing hanging over their heads, I suspect Craig & Niall will take the conservative route every time & not announce on the ASX for fear it could be seen as ramping by the SEC and negatively impact the decision.
