.... or they are short the stock but long a beneficial interest via stock borrow... HC doesn't give that option.
.... or they like the company but want to create some noise to address legitimate concerns. A single person calling company highlighting issues and conflicts will often get no-where but noise on a public forum may get more attention.
.... or they have given up for now and waiting for the next near wipe-out capital raise at an extraordinarily cheap price.
