No comments on the fact that Integrous, who are responsible for promoting to US investors, have been issued 218,000 shares with a face value of $65,400 (implying a valuation of 30c)?
Presumably this is because the company is trying to save money, and Integrous have obviously done their job AND believe that 30c is a cheap price compared to what they must understand the cap raise is intended to be at.
Meanwhile, aussies are flogging theirs at 17c.
