With respect, your maths doesn't look right. The value issued to Integrous is broadly the same in A$ or US$. Around 6% higher in value today but inflation has been at that level also.
The price should be irrelevant for Integrous. If the issue price is high, then they'll want more shares otherwise the value is illusory.
