    Chris Kalleos from MST Access has updated the report on Cardiex.
    Valuation unchanged at A$1.45.

    CardieX has filed a Form F-1 (like anAustralian IPO prospectus) with the SEC on an unpriced basis, effectively commencing the process of a dual listing on NASDAQ via ADSs (AmericanDepositary Shares). CardieX expects the priced interest and capital raised to be inalised in August, with the final issue of securities subject to an EGM

    Looks like we will know how the .165c the ASX has set as the floor stacks up against the priced IPO soon enough.
