Do we get to see the IPO ADS price before the EGM on Monday ?

It's with interest I note the comment on the ARM IPO on the AFR website this evening, which is expected to list in late September.
"ARM plans to start its roadshow in the first week of September and price the IPO the following week".

So, in theory ...
- CDX started roadshow last week.
- CDX & Roth agree price at the start of this week, and file IPO price with SEC by the end of this week.
- CDEX Open date by mid-September

IMO, the Market Cap / SP on the ASX at the moment is a pretty simplistic view of things.
Last raise at .30c valued company with 150m SOI = $45M
We are issuing another 138M shares.
288M SOI / 45MC = .155c

So that's most likely where we will start out ... hopefully the US market quickly values CDEX closer to $100M on the back of some solid clinical trial contracts and pre-orders for Conneqt Pulse.

Big Picture ...

Can only see the Chinese economy continuing to suffer over the next few years, and the commodity driven AUD likely to lose value as a result. Could see .50c exchange rate vs USD in the next 12 months. IMO this will be of benefit to CDX as we will be earning USD, which will get a nice boost when when reported on the ASX. And thankfully our US infrastructure will soon be in place, no need to raise further AUD at greater dilution to fund USD capital needs

And pleased we are raising now ... cash could become very tight indeed and raising capital will come at even more of a premium. Happy to have 2 years working capital locked away by the middle of next month.
