Meaning- In Best Efforts, the underwriter is not obligated to buy all the shares of the company which are unsold in an IPO. In Firm Commitment underwriter is obligated to buy all the shares of the company and sell them in the IPO processes.
PROSPECTUS
The underwriters are committed to purchase all the ADSs offered by us other than those covered by the option to purchase additional ADSs described below, if they purchase any such securities. The obligations of the underwriters may be terminated upon the occurrence of certain events specified in the underwriting agreement.
