My bear opinion is MrCooper, and his buddies pretty much own cdx and dictate company’s vision.

They have delays in reporting a Qreport on time and cop a suspension.

They cop a speeding ticket and can't respond and capture the moment.

They hand out $3m of shares to nearby buddies @.05c and make out its a reward.

They end up ontop mountains and disappear into Forrest for a while.

Plenty of performance shares to each other, can be a advantage if they can perform and keep shareholders happy.

Going by performances shares management will be billionaire and shareholders millionaire.

Rest of the story iam happy with.

Overall a great tech, with world class partners on board.
