It's a shame to see the share price dropping instead of gathering momentum with such a great announcement and more company making announcements imminent.
That has nothing to do with any fundamental value of CDX.
The problem are the so called institutional investors...they have no idea what they are missing here.
But we know that....they are only here short term for a quick buck...and then they disappear.
Unfortunately many companies are under pressure and depend on that kind of vulture behaviour....

And that is why CDX can't get momentum...yet!
CDX is on the break to come close to cashflow positive...I presume more deals will be announced in the near future.
Back to Regal, one of the main subscribers and most probably the drip feed seller, will be finished very soon to my calculations...
The placement was completed on the 28.11.22...
Since then there were about 6 million shares sold.
The question was, how many shares Regal acquired?
It can't be more than about 3 million shares, because Craig and Niall led the placement with 1 mill$....
And shareholders over subscribed with 1.5 mill$, plus family and office...doesn't leave to much for Regal and the other sophisticated investors....
Point is....ones CDX will be close to cashflow positive...the vultures will be gone
and the share price will show the  real value of this little beauty CDX.......GL
