I think the major initial reason for listing in the USA will be access to investment funds.
Craig is from the US Venture Capital world, and I have little doubt he has access to these people.
In Oz we would be raising trivial amounts via sophies or an SPP. Which as we all know, kills the share price.
In the US, I think raising capital will be a massive positive in the way it happens.
The funds are needed to grow the products and markets. No doubt. Let's do it well in the US and get on with the growth.
