I had thought that there were.no stocks on the NASDAQ with a market cap as small as Cardiex has, but a search of penny stocks reveals quite a few.
I rather wish that management had proceeded at a slower pace - that is, had the Pulse approved and in use, and generating income, before starting work on the Band. I do understand that they will be trying to build momentum by launching the Band as soon as possible, and grab as much market share as possible. Just very costly
