Still wondering why the release for the placement says "The Placement participation of Directors will be subject to shareholder approval at the Company's next annual general meeting" when this is not until November 2023!!! Why aren't they seeking approval much earlier at the upcoming EGM for a US listing? Why are they giving themselves such a benefit? Shareholders should be screaming for better Governance.
I'll be interested to see what the company announces at the time of or before the cleansing statement for this placement around the "imminent" FDA clearance and US listing. Wondering also if Twitter announcements are cleared by the Chairman or Board?
