Just a exercise in chart comparison/journey of a stock chart.
Not trying to compare technologies or industry but i feel there are similarities.

Below is a chart of WBT and then CDX  ( 2 different stocks not comparing tech etc)
WBT was in a downtrend from Jan 2018 to Aug 2020.  2.5 years
CDX   has been in downtrend  Jan   2021 to  Feb 2023   2 years

In June/ July 2020 WBT had a  placement and over subscibed share purchase plan that included one attaching $0.45 Option with every Placement Share. 9 million was raised at a 28% discount

CDX recently had a most likely under subscribed  placement with one attaching option for every 2 shares . 4.5 million was raised at a 13% discount.

When WBT raised i would say money was a lot more forthcoming. Raise was a steep discount and very generous with a 1 for 1 option. CDX raising in harder conditions. Stricter raise with  1 for 2 option and smaller discount. Can make you own conclusions on this comparison.

In Novemeber 2020 WBT raised another 12 million at a 25% discount.
CDX soon will raise unknown amount via the Nasdaq listing.

What happened after all these raises

WBT broke out in August 2020 and was a 13 bagger when it hit  $4.22   4 MONTHS LATER Jan 2021
Currently WBT market cap is 1.14 billion and lost 22 million for the half year and yet to make any money.
They broke out on no announcement except a price query. A few progress report etc.

Could CDX follow a similar trajectory?
WBT in JAN 2021 were still in process of developing tech.
CDX on FDA approval will have tech ready to go after production.

Of note WBT did not need a Nasdaq listing to raise cash.

Overall message from this post. Things can change quickly . WBT was in a downtrend for 2.5 years and now a 1 billion dollar company.
What can CDX do, could it follow a similar path??? Very similar charts.
