In case you missed it we do know that the approval has reached the interactive review stage in Q4 which is a good sign. The alternative was an "Additional Information Request" which would have put the process on hold. Note there was a re-submission required of the actual application which may would have delayed things at least a month.
Being in the interactive review is good because it means:
a) no major concerns were found with the submission
b) the review will not go on hold,
Approval has to be soon.
