I think the more appropriate question is how easy is it to copy the technology (or have it relatively close). And what does XPE need to do to ensure its technology is not pirated. China and other Asian countries may not respect the value of patents. The fact we are still there alone suggests we are doing well in protecting these intangible property rights - let's hope when the chips are ultimately made, for example, that the codes cannot be broken.
