There are computations that could be done in brokers report that are inappropriate for the company to do and publish for you.
our p[ractical choices in such situations is pay an analyst for report, do one ourselves, or wait for the company to put one up.
Some of the usual suspects who might write such a report also, unfortunately, feel obliged no to because as underwriters they have the same problem the company does in doing the analysis.
