One of my always concerns when i invested in the company was would the JV partners just keep squeeze playing us as they have other things they can do while were at a negotiating disadvantage. And far from AGL and all the rest lining up for green opportunities I have seen PHS schemes wane for lack of interest across the country.
This one that if it pans out right has co located wind, PV, and PHS, has better than av potential for upsides. But given their opportunity to squeeze us for their profit our potential partners were always likely to be giving Simon all the "thumbs up" then veering off when it cam e to signing to repeatedly soften us up by squeezing Simon between what he had been lead to believe (and was thus obliged to report to investors) and what disgruntled investors now expected.

Perhaps my view is jaundiced by me always (privately) hoping we would wind up having the cahonies and going it alone. I had noticed all the delays were slowly building up equity from the profits from the 50M Array. Sooner or later we would have the finance to go it alone. At the start before the delays, us trying to cap raise and go alone wouldn't have worked out well, until we had at least some birds in the hand as we now do.
