Alright, heres how it works...
Morgans and Cannacord agree to underwrite.
They reach out to their insto / HNW clients, who effectively "sub-underwrite".
Morgans & Cannacord endvup with 15m shares which they sell on to those instos at the 20c raise px
Those instos do this because they didnt get their full desired amnt in the Placement.
So... DONT expect to see a bunch dumped by Morgans and cannacord... theyre already placed, and NOT to hedge funds
