    Not really...

    it seems someone may have earnt the right to buy that amount of shares at that price long ago and the sale has just been actioned by direct sale of the shares from GNX to the party...

    perhaps this is shares from the capital raise being paid for and transferred to the investor?

    confused and seeking clarity please ???
