I think he is posting for the "trendy" factor... also did not seem to be aware (or feel it worthy of mentioning) about the rental type income from PH when developed... the way he talks - an uninformed person would / could assume that GNX will get spot prices for generation when it commences operation.
Didn't even mention Bauldercombe as part of the reason for the recent CR... its a pretty shallow review IMO
CFP is definitely going to be a turning point... and it definitely wont be at 13.5c per share.... unless we have 3 more BESS and more debt LOL
