Takeover indeed. If I recall correctly, the takeover of Infigen saw a few lines go through prior to official announcement - similar style to what we've seen here for GNX.
Of course, a ~23c offer is fantastic value for the Skip Capital-led consortium and conversely leaves current shareholders short-changed.
