It won't happen at 23 cents. They will need to offer 30 cents. 23 cents is to begin negotiations we have our funding established so we are not in the position where we need a partner right now. It's a opportunistic bid but even at 30 cents they will make a killing. With Wind and batteries this is well over 45 cents. Sure they will take some risk but at 30 cents its a fair compromise for current shareholders and a good risk/reward compromise for all parties. I think management also have shares purchased in high teens and at 20 cents so they will be less inclined to accept this offer as well.
