Reasonably sure that Jackson/Farquhar themselves were annoyed with Stonepeak not wanting to pursue the bid (which was in the end due to the water ingress incident).
Jackson/Farquhar are still 20% shareholders and have stated they remain interested.
Don't be surprised if they resurrect another bid.
