You have provided no evidence that your accusations regarding the unlawful bid in hope of securing the taxpayer-funded concessional loan are accurate. You have provided no evidence that this is why the deal fell through. You have provided no evidence that you ever sought out legal advice regarding this issue and have in fact admitted that.
You are acting on a hunch, or an assumption, no matter how close to the truth your guesses may be, these statements are in your opinion and you need to advise people of that!
Not portray your statements to be factual when you have no supporting evidence, never sought legal advice, and never even heard a peep from any of the parties you contacted in regard to this.
