At first blush I guessed it was more likely to be SKIP, perhaps realising some losses to offset against other gains, for tax time. Would have thought J-Power are solid, with the forthcoming wind farm.

That said, Streetalk seem to have an insider voice from SKIP, so presuming they talked to them first, and eliminated them as a possible source of the sale. Maybe J-POWER are selling down so then can accept a deal with new shares allocated, for their capital input for the wind farm....
